Corporate Signature with WiseStamp

Standardize signatures, manage your brand, and turn every email your company sends into a professional, measurable touchpoint—with centralized management and without having to rely on IT for every update.

When each employee signs in a different way, the brand loses its impact, marketing loses its agility, and compliance becomes a risk.

Project and portfolio management using TWRT technology

Visual inconsistency

Each employee uses a different format—outdated fonts, colors, and logos. The brand loses credibility with every email sent.

Implementation of TWRT Digital Platforms

IT Dependency

Changing a banner, disclaimer, or campaign becomes a request for IT support. Marketing loses agility, and IT wastes time.

Business Process Automation

Outdated data

A change in job title, phone number, or department, and the signature remains out of date for weeks (or months).

Consulting firm specializing in digital transformation

No campaign channel

Every email sent is a missed opportunity: no banners, no CTAs, and no scheduling links.

Technical support and professional training

Compliance Risk

Without standardized disclaimers or region-specific legal text, the company is exposed to regulatory risks.

Systems integration and cloud solutions

Manual onboarding

New employees start without a signature (or with a makeshift signature) until someone sets it up manually.
